Construction/ Development

The experts from K+H are capable of constructing your product in accordance with your wishes in one of the most modern and up to date working environment. With software SolidWorks and SolidCam all standard forms of drawing and geometrical forms can be scanned and processed.

Turning/ Milling 

With our state of the art machining centres and CNC turning and milling machines we can work to the highest level of precision. Specially trained employees guarantee a consistent level of high quality.

Welding

At K+H we implement WIG-welding methods. With welding methods ranging from hand operated to fully automated welding apparatuses we can proudly say that we have one of the most up to date welding facility in our field. Our highly qualified welding experts as well as our welding processes are regularly checked and certified. We are certified according to: AD 2000 Merkblatt HP 0; HP 100 R; DIN EN 729-2, DIN EN ISO 3834-2.

Surface finishing

All surface finishing takes place by K+H under one roof allowing K+H to leave nothing up to chance. All surface finishing processes such as grinding, pickling, electro polishing and glass bead blasting are implemented in the production at K+H. The standardised surface roughness value is Ra < 0,8 µm. It is of course of no problem for us with our technical know how to guarantee when necessary a surface roughness with as little as 0,2 µm. These values can be documented with the help of a measurement protocol as needed.

Final assembly

The individual components are assembled with the highest level of care, tested and documented. Our standardised test procedures include: pressure tests, surface roughness measurements, delta-ferrite content measurements, penetrant flow detection testing as well as endoscopic visual inspection.
